At TRX, all our products are in unused condition and in their original packaging; however due to errors incurred during manufacturing, international logistics and local transportation, defects and certain issues may occur and they shall be resolved to our best ability as soon as we are informed about the same within a stipulated time from receiving it. Incase if you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, as it did not present itself. In the way you saw it on the advertisement, then a full refund shall be processed in the form of a store credit, credit card refund, or bank transfer; condition to a formal email request for return within 48 hours of delivery with a valid reason, on email@example.com. Kindly note the product needs to be returned in its original packaging and condition as well. Unless the reason is an error in the product there will be a return shipping charge calculated by TRX, levied and deducted from the refund amount. Garments and personal grooming products cannot be refunded once opened. The product(s) will be picked up at a scheduled time of convenience confirmed by you, and the process of refund shall begin from the day the pick-up is done. The refund process shall approximately take 7- 10 working days to reflect in your credit card/account/credit store.
